Thieves of America: How a continent was stolen

Chistopher Columbus, one of the biggest lies ever told in American history. When he arrived at the continent, which is called America today, there were indigenous people already there occupying the land. He even spoke of how he gave the indigenous people the name Indios, which was the word Indian in English. So how is it possible that he discovered the land and why was this lie taught to millions of people throughout history.

It is said that the genocide of indigenous people was due from diseases and not due to violence. But the history they tried to hide, and erase tells a more horrific story. From the time Europeans arrived on Americas’ shores, clashing differences led the U.S. government to authorize over 1,500 wars, attacks and raids on indigenous people. In 1782, a group of militiamen from Pennsylvania killed 96 Delaware Indians. By the orders of Captain David Williamson, they were beaten to death with wooden mallets and hatchets. This was an invasion and the take over of the American land.

During the 17TH and the 18th century, so called Africans were brought to the Americas and enslaved, around the same time the slaughter of indigenous people was taking place. The first arrival of captives to Jamestown, in 1619, is often seen as the beginning of slavery in America but enslaved Africans arrived in North America as early as the 1500’s. It is documented that people of African descent were already in the Americas as early as a 100,000 years ago. Recent discoveries show that the ancient Olmecs of Mexico were originally from West Africa. It was also said that there is an ancient Egyptian city in the Grand Canyon, but they deny it just like they deny the Egyptian tomb in Illinois called Burrows Cave. That’s because they are in denial that Africans were the creators of the first civilizations and the first to walk the planet.
